Rob Schneider… You Can Do It!!

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider was coming to town and this was a must for us to attempt. Schneider has had a ton of roles in movies such as Judge Dredd, Demolition Man, Deuce Bigalow, and just about every single Adam Sandler movie in existence. He still goes around and does stand up comedy around the country. Doc, Neurotic John, my brother Pretty Boy Floyd, and myself took the trip to see if we can catch Rob after the show.

We arrived at the venue and waited for the crowd to trickle out to signal the ending of the show. Once this happened, we made our way in and found Rob standing near a table as they were selling merchandise such as DVD’s. There was quite a decent amount of people all trying to have a close up encounter meeting Rob Schneider and sure enough everyone eventually had their opportunity. Rob was extremely nice and took his time to sign any items you brought, took pictures with everybody, and thanked them for coming out to the show.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more and it was a very successful outing for the four of us. Rob is definitely a down to Earth person and doesn’t let all the Hollywood glamor go to his head. If it weren’t for pleasant celebrities encounters like this from time to time, we would be driven nuts, so it certainly was a refreshing and positive experience.
